The fact that Pharmalink Consulting has experts in all areas of Regulatory Affairs and its own in-house User Testing team meant that the appropriate expertise could be brought into the project as and when required and at very short notice.
The client was extremely satisfied in liaising with the Mumbai office on this project as it meant that they always had a Pharmalink contact working in the same time zone who knew the status at each stage of the project. Discussions have now started with the client for Pharmalink Consulting to support them on their first EU-wide MRP application.
