Expanding virtual company
'Virtual Company' wishing to obtain OTC (Pharmacy) approval for a product in the Republic of Ireland by using the Mutual Recognition Procedure (MRP) based on existing product registration in the Netherlands.
The client required the preparation of an MRP and POM to P Reclassification Application in Ireland to be prepared for the product. He also wished to conduct target patient consultation on Patient Information Leaflets (PILs).
The client was 'virtual' when we began the quotation process and once we had given him an accurate idea of the duration and cost of the project, he could put his business plan together and get his company registered. We are now part of the way through the project which is running to the budget and timescale.
